Purchased Equipment
Bath Safety items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items, excluding Bath Safety, may be returned with receipt within 10 days of purchase.
Item must be unused & in new, original packaging to receive a refund.
Special Order & Custom items are non-returnable & non-refundable.
Rental Equipment
Returning unused rental items are subject to a rental charge beginning on the original date of service.
Items being returned for credit must be returned directly to Bellevue Healthcare or they will be subject to a return pick up fee.
Rental items returned in poor condition, that are excessively dirty, or are damaged beyond normal wear and tear are subject to a replacement/cleaning fee.
All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
