Peter Norman - President
Co-founder and President Peter Norman began Bellevue Healthcare with a vision that incorporated much more than an eye for the bottom line. His passion for entrepreneurship doesn’t just revolve around dollars and cents, but for creating a strong business that has a core of honesty, integrity and stewardship. Starting with nothing more than a vision and willingness to take a risk, Peter began logging the hours of delivering, cleaning, networking, and serving every aspect of the business, along the way creating a foundation and beginning for what Bellevue Healthcare would become. This ground up philosophy is still incorporated today and reflects Peter’s passion for doing things right.
Peter has called Washington home for most of his life. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California. His strong connection to the Pacific Northwest made it the ideal place to launch his vision, so after completing college he moved back to the Bellevue area and started what would become Bellevue Healthcare.
Peter drives our company with care and compassion, not only for the field that we are in, but for those that fuel Bellevue Healthcare from the ground up day in and day out. He has a strong commitment to every member of the team and enjoys the family atmosphere that is prevalent in each branch. Peter hopes to create and keep the small business culture alive even in times of rapid growth.
Josh Moritz - General Manager - Bellevue Branch
Josh holds a degree in International Business with a minor in Marketing from Azusa Pacific University. He has been with Bellevue Healthcare since August of 2002. Josh joined the Bellevue Healthcare team as a Delivery Technician in what was going to be a brief stint while applying for law school. After a few months with the company, Josh was impressed with the direction it was heading and the potential it possessed. He put his plans for law school on hold and committed himself fully to Bellevue Healthcare.
Josh enjoys the challenge that comes with managing and motivating a group of diverse individuals towards a common goal. His enthusiasm about the opportunity that Bellevue Healthcare has remains as strong as his beginning days. Josh's excitement for Bellevue Healthcare is evident in his leadership of both seasoned and new employees. Josh is dedicated to making Bellevue Healthcare the Medical Equipment supplier of choice for the Pacific Northwest. Josh lives with his wife, daughter, and son in Snoqualmie. On his off days Josh enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, skiing & snowboarding, and the great outdoors.
Kyle Foss - Operations Manager- Bellevue Branch
Kyle grew up locally in Tacoma, and attended the University of Denver before transferring and graduating from Azusa Pacific University in Southern California with a Bachelors in Education in 2001. After college he worked as a substitute teacher and a special events coordinator at REI. Looking for a new opportunity, Kyle came to Bellevue Healthcare in February of 2003 as a delivery driver. Currently our Operations Manager, he maintains many of our most important day-to-day functions, such as routing deliveries, inventory management, and building/fleet vehicle operations. Kyle has a vast working knowledge of our equipment, making him a valuable asset. He enjoys working closely with his staff members, trying to make them better each day and giving them the tools to service Bellevue Healthcare’s customers in a way that best represents our Mission Statement.
He currently lives in Seattle with his wife and two sons. On the weekends Kyle can be found biking, hiking or trail running with his family, or at the Oregon coast in search of sun.
Joel Gallion - General Manager- Pierce County Branch
Joel was born in Del Rio, TX to an Air Force family and spent the majority of his childhood moving between 8 different states. He came to Bellevue Healthcare after spending 2 years in the financial services industry. A graduate of Westmont College majoring in Economics and Business, he began his BHC career at our flagship location in Bellevue. After beginning as a delivery technician, in 2005 he became the General Manager of the first expansion branch in Tacoma.
Beginning his sixth year at Bellevue Healthcare, Joel is excited to see the goal of servicing all of Washington State move closer to fruition. Over the last year, Joel has helped oversee the openings of both the South Sound and Sequim branches, and now splits his time between Tacoma, South Sound, and Sequim. Joel is blessed that his wife, Erin, and daughter Camden are both part of this journey with him.
Bryce Schaffner - General Manager - Snohomish County Branch
Bryce lives in Skagit County with his wife and son. He graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a degree in Biology and Business Administration. He enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending time with his family. Bryce began working with Bellevue Healthcare as a delivery technician and has since helped with expansion efforts in Chelan, Pierce, Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties. He is proud to be a part of a company where each individual has the opportunity to make a profound impact on the customers he or she serves.
Bobby LaBelle - General Manager - Inland Northwest Branch
Bob was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. He attended Whitworth College, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Business. Bob came to Bellevue Healthcare in 2005. He spent two years at our flagship location in Bellevue before he was selected to launch our first Eastern Washington location, Bellevue Healthcare of the Inland NW. Since our doors opened in Spokane, Bellevue Healthcare has quickly become one of the leading DME providers for the Inland NW. Bob is honored to have the opportunity to service his hometown and surrounding areas. He is equally excited about the future of Bellevue Healthcare as a whole.
Our Spokane Staff has an excellent reputation for quality customer service. Bob thoroughly enjoys interacting with his staff, both personally and professionally. Like our other branches, their office has a true sense of community, which has been crucial to spearheading our move into Eastern Washington. Outside of Bellevue Healthcare, Bob can be found spending time in the outdoors enjoying snowboarding, wakeboarding, golf, and also spending time with his loving wife Diane.
Zeb Donlan - General Manager - Whatcom County Branch
Zeb was born and raised in Renton, Washington. After high school he continued his education at Western Washington University in Bellingham. Zeb graduated from WWU in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He came to Bellevue Healthcare in January of 2006. Starting as a delivery technician at our flagship location, Zeb recognized the potential of a lasting career available at BHC. By the end of the year Zeb had advanced to a customer service position. In the spring of 2008, it was announced that Bellevue Healthcare would be expanding to Bellingham, WA. Zeb was eager to help launch BHC in his college home town. In his free time he takes advantage of the great hiking, biking, restaurants, and all-around local life in Bellingham. Zeb truly enjoys working with his fellow employees and the opportunity to serve the customers of this community.
Robby Stewart - General Manager - South Sound Branch
Rob came to Bellevue Healthcare from the great state of Tennessee, where he attended Middle Tennessee State University, majoring in Biology. Upon graduation, Rob made the move to Washington, where he began working at Bellevue Healthcare in the Bellevue branch as a delivery technician. Over the next few years, Rob proved himself as a capable leader and took the opportunity to head to Spokane and help open that branch as an Assistant Manager.
During his time in Spokane, Rob was exposed to all of the challenges and joys of a new location and gained valuable experience as a manager. After a short period, Rob made the move back to Bellevue where he became the Showroom Manager, managing all of the retail operations on a day to day basis. In October of 2008, Rob became Store Manager for the newest South Sound branch.
Chuck Rubottom - General Manager - Peninsula Branch
Chuck was born and raised in Tacoma before attending Masters College in Southern California, where he met his future wife Debbie. Chuck started his professional career in the grocery business, where he was involved in managing many different departments, including working as a distributer for a number of vendors. After several years working for and with grocery chains including Fred Meyer, Chuck joined Bellevue Healthcare.
Starting as a delivery technician, he learned the operations from the ground up and in 2008 become the Delivery Coordinator at the Pierce County branch. On April 1st 2009, Chuck become the Store Manager for Bellevue Healthcare’s expansion into Sequim. Having always loved the Olympic Peninsula, Chuck is very excited about this new opportunity to serve the Peninsula and looks forward to the challenge of getting the new branch up and running.
Joe Engler - General Manager - Central Washington Branch
Joe was born and raised in Missoula, MT, growing up with a love for sports and the outdoors. He moved to the Pacific Northwest to attend college at the University of Puget Sound, where he graduated in 2008 with a BS in Exercise Science. Joe is excited about his recent move to Wenatchee to open our Bellevue Healthcare of Central Washington location. Wenatchee's climate, activity opportunities, and overall sense of community greatly remind Joe of his home in Montana, and he is honored to be serving the area.
Jeff Bukoski - General Manager - Orange County Branch
Jeff lives in Orange County with his wife and son. Originally from the State of Washington, he graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Sociology. After relocating to Southern California, Jeff began working with Bellevue Healthcare as a delivery technician and since then has helped launch Bellevue Healthcare Orange County. His passion is to develop quality relationships within his community and to bring Bellevue Healthcare’s mission and unmatched service to Southern California.
Jeff also enjoys playing sports, spending time with his family and friends, and trying to keep up with his very active son.
Kyle Davison- Assistant Manager- Pierce County Branch
Kyle was born and raised in Yakima, Washington. He married and started his family in Yakima before relocating to Pierce County in 2004. Kyle received his Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Arts and Science at the University of Washington, Tacoma Campus. After graduation in 2006, Kyle began his career with Bellevue Healthcare as a delivery technician, training in both the Bellevue and Tacoma locations. He quickly moved from delivery tech to customer service before achieving the Assistant Manager role in the Pierce County office in 2007. Kyle and his wife Michelle now have three children, two sons Cristian and Carter, and daughter Ava, and are enjoying the many blessings of parenthood.
Sean Meehan - Billing Manager- Pierce County Branch
Sean grew up in Tacoma where he attended Wilson High School. After graduation he attended Central Washington University in Ellensburg, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. Fresh from his college experience he began working at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Tacoma, working in the Cardiac Rehabilitation Department as an Exercise Physiologist. In January 2005, he embarked on a new career with Bellevue Healthcare, starting as a Delivery Technician at our flagship location in Bellevue. Sean currently works at our BHC Pierce Co. location as Billing Manager. He is responsible for all Medicare billing, as well as other office and warehouse operations. He is continually coaching and assisting our team on the intricacies of insurance billing. Sean’s vast knowledge and experience makes him a valuable asset not only to Tacoma but for our entire base of operations.
Away from the office Sean is an avid outdoorsman and athlete. He enjoys going to the gym and watching anything sports related. On the weekends he can be found snowboarding, golfing, or on the softball field. If not outdoors he can certainly be found in the garage restoring his 1959 Ford Country Wagon.
Greg Mooney, ATP - Seating and Mobility Specialist - Everett Branch
Marty Wittman - Rehab Technician - Tacoma Branch
Marty was born in Tacoma and raised in University Place, WA. In December of 1982, three weeks after turning sweet sixteen, he sustained a C-7 spinal cord injury that left him paralyzed during a league high school wrestling match. Although it was a major turn of events in his life, Marty feels he has been blessed along the way. He participated in wheelchair track and road racing and quad rugby on a national and international level from 1985-1997. Marty worked for Jim Martinson’s wheelchair sports and recreation company, Magic In Motion, as a customer service and sales rep from 1988-1992. After leaving the industry in 1992, he followed his dream by going back to school to be an elementary school teacher. After 14 productive years in k-12 public education as a teacher and middle school assistant principal, Marty realized how much he missed working with individuals in need of rehab equipment. After searching two years to find a good fit, he came upon Bellevue Healthcare. He feels honored and privileged to represent Bellevue Healthcare. Marty’s passion is to combine his love of teaching and his rehab product knowledge to help others maximize their mobility by finding the best product solution. Furthermore, his goal is to provide the highest level of customer service. Another passion of Marty’s is his commitment to community service. He volunteers at Good Samaritan Rehab Center as a peer support mentor and serves on the boards for the University Place Lion’s Club, the University Place Children’s Fund, Kids at Hope, and Tacoma-Pierce County Crimestoppers. Marty and his wife Michelle reside in University Place and have two beautiful daughters, Kylie and Olivia.
Kevin Riggs - Rehab Technician - Bellevue Branch
Kevin was born and raised here in the greater Seattle area. He received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Washington State University in 2007. After graduation he joined the Bellevue Healthcare team as a delivery technician. Bellevue Healthcare has provided the opportunity for him to observe and work in several aspects of the medical equipment industry.
With his background in life science and extensive experience with BHC, he is now working as a rehab technician and actively pursuing his ATP certification. Kevin enjoys helping improve the quality of life one patient at a time by supplying them with wheelchairs and customized seating systems. He understands that each person is unique and will require different equipment to achieve his or her individual goals.
Kevin enjoys spending his free time with friends, being in the outdoors- either hiking or out on the water, and the culinary arts.
