Bellevue Healthcare has a unique business model in which every internal position is grown organically. Traditionally, we hire college graduates fresh out of school or individuals from different industries and teach them our business from the ground up. They are able to see the “Bellevue Healthcare Way” played out on a daily basis by serving patients directly. Starting with driving and delivering medical equipment, each Bellevue Healthcare employee can then take this experience and skill set as they work in every aspect of our business. This model is crucial to ensuring that our customer service staff and management know our product lines and philosophy starting in the patients’ home and environment.
