Ordering Equipment & Prescriptions
By law some Medical Equipment requires a prescription before being dispensed. In those cases, Bellevue Healthcare will need to receive a signed prescription from your ordering physician before the equipment can be dispensed.
There are several ways you can provide Bellevue Healthcare with a copy of your prescription:
- Request your doctor fax your prescription directly to Bellevue Healthcare at (425) 467-6661
- Email a scanned copy of your prescription to bhcking [at] bellevuehealthcare [dot] com
- Take or arrange for your prescription to be delivered to your local Bellevue Healthcare showroom.
Bellevue Healthcare is only able to place orders for equipment that requires a prescription during normal business hours. Our hours of operation vary somewhat by location: Please see your local showroom's hours of operation here.
