Your therapist is best suited to assess your situation and needs and practically convey this information to our team. Your doctor will need to prescribe and provide medical documentation for anything you want to have billed to your insurance.

Depending on your situation and needs our Technicians and ATPs can make in-home adjustments and installations to your equipment, as well as in-home evaluations with your therapist to assess the right equipment for you. The fulfillment timeline will vary drastically depending on what equipment you are getting, your insurance, and the availability of your therapists and doctors. From the moment you call us we are committed to helping you receive needed equipment in a timely and efficient manner. We are able to rent and even loan equipment in certain situations while you wait on insurance authorizations, special ordered parts or installations.
